Somatic Healing Seattle Founder

I was born and raised in beautiful Seattle, WA and have had a lifelong dedication to spiritual transformation and healing. I Have been a massage and bodywork practitioner since 2009 with over 1000 hours of bodywork training and more than 10 years of offering bodywork. I spent from 2013 to 2023 traveling the world, studying healing arts and spirituality, including teacher trainings with Aum Tantra Yoga and Hridaya Yoga. As well as offering bodywork I lead silent retreats in the Hridaya style and teach Hridaya Hatha yoga.

I am honored to have studied The Triple Vagal Method at the Integrated Somatic Institute under the TVM founder Dr. Maj Al Zachari, and was certified in January 2023 as a TVM practitioner, TVM Pelvic floor practitioner and TVM Pelvic floor instructor.  

I am passionate about sharing TVM because of my own successful trauma healing and life transformation as a result. I am especially appreciative of TVM’s reliance on the innate wisdom of the body and thus it’s universal benefits and limitless potential.
