Somatic Healing Seattle Founder & Lead TVM Practitioner

Crystal Rainbow Mort is born and raised in beautiful Seattle, WA and has had a lifelong dedication to spiritual transformation and healing. She has been a massage and bodywork practitioner since 2009 with over 1000 hours of bodywork training and more than 10 years of offering massage. She spent from 2013 to 2023 traveling the world, studying spirituality and healing arts and finally in 2021 she graduated from Aum Tantra Yoga’s 300hr teacher training and Hridaya Yoga’s 500hr teacher training program and taught tantric yoga in Mazunte, MX for several years.

She is honored to have studied The Triple Vagal Method at the Integrated Somatic Institute under the training of TVM founder Dr. Maj Al Zachari, and was certified in January 2023 as a TVM practitioner, TVM Pelvic floor practitioner and TVM Pelvic floor instructor.  

She is passionate about sharing TVM because of her own successful trauma healing and life transformation as a result. She is is especially appreciative of TVM’s reliance on the innate wisdom of the body and thus it’s universal benefits and limitless potential. She looks forward to partnering with and supporting you on your healing journey.
